Cauliflower and broccoli quiche with bacon Recipe

Quiche is the perfect dish to eat a lot of vegetables. Below you will find a super easy recipe from well-known TV Chef London Loy. Are you going to make it too?
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
5 slices of puff pastry for savory pie, 150 g cauliflower florets, 1 small broccoli, 100 g bacon strips, 150 g full fat yogurt, 5 eggs, pinch of black pepper, ½ tbsp Mamma Mia, salt, ¼ chives (fresh), 100 g old cheese (grated), butter for greasing.
Preparation method:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bring a layer of water to the boil in a saucepan. Cut the florets from the broccoli and set aside. Cut the stump into pieces. Boil the cauliflower florets together with the pieces of stump for eight minutes. After three minutes, add the broccoli florets. Cook this for another five minutes. Drain in a colander and drain well.
Meanwhile, grease the quiche pan with a little butter. Remove the dough slices from the freezer and let them thaw. Grab a frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Put the yogurt in a mixing bowl and break the eggs above. Finely chop the chives and add. Season with black pepper, Mamma Mia and a little salt - if desired (note: make sure it doesn't get too salty). Mix the egg mixture well.
Place a slice of dough on the bottom of the tin. Stretch it a bit. Cover the rest of the bottom and the edges with the remaining slices. Are you using a quiche pan? Then press the overhanging pieces of dough from the mold. With a spring form you let them hang over the edge for a while.
Prick some holes in the bottom with a fork. Then sprinkle a layer of panko or breadcrumbs on top; this because of some moisture that may be in the cauliflower and broccoli. Divide the precooked cauliflower and broccoli over the bottom. Now spoon the fried bacon strips and possibly the shortening over the cauliflower and broccoli.
Now carefully pour in the egg mixture. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the egg mixture. Place the quiche in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. The cauliflower and broccoli quiche is ready when the egg mixture has set and the cheese is a nice golden brown.
