For example, in Romania they are known as mititei and in Bulgaria as kebapcheta.
How to use cevapcici herbs?
Making cevapcici sausages with the help of the cevapcici herbs is very simple. For each kilo of minced meat you add 30 grams of the mix. What you have to do after that is knead well. The sausages should be about as long as the palm of your hand and the width of a finger. Traditionally the minced meat consists of half lamb and half beef. Because of the complete mix of cevapcici herbs you don't need a recipe. In the Balkans the sausages are often served with fries, rice or pita. It usually serves as a starter or side dish. Ajvar is also often served with it, a traditional sauce that is especially popular in Serbia. The sauce consists of roasted aubergines, paprika and garlic.
