Chili con carne Recipe

Ingredients:
2 shallots, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ fresh red pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp Pablo's Potato, black pepper and salt to taste, 250 g ground beef, 100 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (jar), 1 can whole tomatoes, ½ cinnamon stick, 1 tin of red kidney beans (drained)
Preparation method:
Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces. Put a pan on the fire and fry the onions and garlic together with the cumin and chili powder for about 1 minute. Add the ground beef, Pablo's Potato and red pepper. Bake the minced meat brown and done. Puree the dried tomatoes. This has to be some kind of pasta. Add this to your pan with ground beef, onion and garlic. Add the canned tomatoes. You can also add the cinnamon stick. Let it simmer for a while. Add 100 ml of water or beef stock if necessary. It is always possible to add a little water / stock later, so it is better to add too little than too much. To release all flavors, let it simmer for at least half an hour. After half an hour, taste whether the taste is good and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Add the kidney beans a few minutes before serving. Then they remain nice and firm. Serve with rice or potatoes. Also delicious with a little yogurt in the stew!
