Complaints

At Natural Spices it is all about having satisfied customers. However, should you have a bad experience regarding our service, we would appreciate you letting us know. You can direct your complaint to Customer Service. We will always respond to your complaint within 1 week.

If you are not satisfied with the answer given by Customer Service, you can re-direct your complaint to management. You can only do this in writing:
