How do you use steak tartare spice mix?

The mix is very easy to use. You add 30 to 40 grams per kilo of beef. The spice mix consists of paprika, pepper, onion, coriander, nutmeg, chilli, mace, turmeric and celery. This makes it a complete spice mix. In addition to these herbs, the beef is also made with mayonnaise, beaten egg yolks and Worcester sauce. Stir well and finish off with chopped onions and finely chopped, sweet and sour gherkin.
