When making dried sausages, you also add colorozo to the mixture. For each kilo of meat you use 20 grams of dried sausage spice mix and 28 grams of colorozo.

It has a number of very favourable properties and therefore a widely used product in the meat processing industry. Colorozo extends the shelf life of your products by inhibiting bacterial growth. It also counteracts colour loss and makes the meat less sensitive to temperature. In this way the attractive colour of the sausage remains longer. To achieve an optimal result, always use colorozo in combination with the dried sausage spice mix.
