iDEAL

With iDEAL, you can pay for your online purchases in a familiar, safe and convenient way. iDEAL connects you directly to your own online banking environment during checkout, allowing you to complete your payment quickly and securely through your bank's trusted payment system. There is no need to register, download software or create an account. Your payment is immediately visible on your bank statement. In addition, your name and bank account details are only shared with the online store after you have approved the payment.

iDEAL QR

Shopping on a desktop or laptop? Choose iDEAL QR at checkout. A QR code will be displayed, which you can scan using your banking app on your smartphone.

Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)

Advance payment means that after placing your order, you transfer the order amount to Natural Spices yourself, for example via your online banking service.

Advance payment is safe and does not incur any additional charges.

  • Please allow 1–3 working days for the payment to be processed.
  • Always include your order number from the order confirmation when making the transfer.
  • Once we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation by email and, in most cases, dispatch your order the same day.

Need to cancel?

If you have already made the payment but decide to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team. Once you provide your bank account details, your payment will be refunded promptly.

Credit Cards

At Natural Spices, you can pay securely using Mastercard, Visa and Maestro credit cards. All transactions are processed through an SSL-secured server, which encrypts your payment information. Credit cards offer a fast and secure payment method and are among the most widely used online payment options in the Netherlands and Belgium. Thanks to the associated online purchase protection and delivery guarantees, you are also protected against fraud and misuse. The payment amount will appear on your next credit card statement.

PayPal

PayPal is a simple and convenient way to pay online anywhere in the world. Payments are processed quickly, and you receive email notifications for every transaction. PayPal is designed as one of the safest online payment methods available. Your financial information is never shared with merchants, and PayPal will never sell or disclose your financial information to third parties. To use PayPal, all you need is an email address and a linked bank account and/or credit card.

Bancontact

Bancontact is Belgium’s most popular online payment method and can be compared to iDEAL in the Netherlands. It is supported by major Belgian banks and offers a fast, reliable and secure payment experience. Customers who use online banking with participating Belgian banks can pay directly through their trusted banking environment without needing a separate subscription. Payments are processed within seconds and appear immediately on your online bank statement.

Riverty (Pay Later)

With Riverty, you can pay after receiving your order. Once your purchase has been delivered, you have 14 days to settle the invoice through Riverty.

SOFORT Banking

Pay securely and conveniently through your own online banking environment with SOFORT Banking. This payment method is available exclusively to customers in Belgium and Germany.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers a quick and secure way to pay using your iPhone, iPad or other compatible Apple devices.

  • Checkout using Face ID or Touch ID
  • No need to manually enter payment details
  • Secure and instantly processed payments

Apple Pay is available on supported Apple devices and browsers. Simply select Apple Pay at checkout and complete your payment through Apple’s secure payment environment.

Purchase on Account (Business Customers)

Business customers may be eligible to order on account at Natural Spices. The following conditions apply:

  • You are already a Natural Spices customer
  • You have placed at least two previous orders and spent a total of €250 or more
  • You can provide an official Chamber of Commerce extract (KvK) issued within the last six months
  • For each order, we require a signed purchase order on official company letterhead

Please include:

  • The products ordered or quotation number
  • The invoice address and delivery address
