Natural Spices allows you a 14-day return period. Please return the product in its original packaging where possible.

Please note the following:

• Returns are only accepted for purchases made via the online shop.
• The cooling-off period is 14 days from receipt.
• Food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
• Damaged products are not eligible for a refund.
• If possible, please return the product in its original packaging.
• You are responsible for the return costs.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 days using the same payment method that was used to place the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately. Once your return has been received and approved, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 days.
