Ingredients:

3 bananas, 3 eggs, 4 medjoul dates, 70 grams of oatmeal, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 handfuls of pecan nuts, 40 grams of chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon Skinny Vanilly + extra for topping, food processor / blender, silicone baking mold for cake. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add the bananas, eggs, dates and oatmeal to the food processor together. Mix into a smooth batter. Now add the chocolate protein powder, Skinny Vanilly and the baking powder. Mix again. Stir in the pecans. Put the batter in a silicone cake mold (this way you don't have to use oil). If you don't have this at home, you can also use another baking mold for cake, but you need to grease it in advance. Bake the banana bread in the oven for about 45-50 minutes. Check whether it is done, and your healthy snack is ready!
