Vanilla gives a special aromatic and subtle sweet taste to desserts and sweet dishes such as cakes, French toast, fresh fruits, ice cream, oatmeal, pancakes or waffles. Bourbon vanilla beans have the special ability to enhance the taste of sugary products.
Use vanilla beans instead of synthetic vanilla aroma
You create a delicious vanilla aroma by boiling or baking vanilla beans in cream, cake or other dishes. This is much healthier and more aromatic than adding synthetic vanilla.
Use of Bourbon vanilla beans
- You cut open vanilla beans and take out the marrow to mix in your dishes. This marrow is extra concentrated and gives the dish an even stronger vanilla flavour and aroma. - Alternatively, you cook the whole vanilla pod in your dish. This will give you the vanilla flavour and aroma as well. After cooking you need to remove the vanilla beans from the dish. - Bourbon vanilla beans are so powerful and tasteful that you can use them several times. Rinse the vanilla beans after use and let it dry.
