Caesar salad Recipe

Lettuce
2 to 3 chicken thigh fillets
Olive oil
Rosemary's Chicken
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese
150 grams of cherry tomatoes
Dressing:
Juice of ½ lemon
Dash olive oil
1/2 clove of garlic
Pepper and salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of yogurt
Preparation method:
Brush the chicken thigh fillets with olive oil and rub with the Rosemary's Chicken rub. To enhance the flavor, it is best to do this an hour in advance. Preheat the airfryer to 180 degrees Celsius. Bake the chicken thigh fillets for about 20 minutes. Put the eggs in a pan with boiled water and boil for 7-8 minutes. Place the lettuce in a salad bowl. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add. Peel the eggs, cut into wedges and add. Cut the chicken thigh fillet into strips and add. Add the croutons. Make a dressing by adding the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, mustard, mayonnaise and yogurt to a food processor. Add the dressing to your salad. Grate the parmesan cheese over it.
