Cashew biryani recipe
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
1 Bio Beautiful Cashew Biryani mix, 300 gram vegetable mix for soup, 200 gram peas, 300 gram rice, 1 onion, 250 ml coconut milk, 150 gram unsalted cashews, 1 cucumber, cherry tomatoes.
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a baking pan and bake the chopped onions. When ready, add the Bio Beautiful Biryani mix to the mixture. Cook the rice, according to the instructions on the packaging, in a seperate pan. Add the vegetable mix for soup to the baking pan with onions and spices. Add the coconut milk and the peas and stir on low heat. Add the rice to the mixture. Serve the rice and top with cashews. Very delicious with some cucumber slices and chopped tomatoes.
