Contrary to popular belief, curry is not a spice in itself, but a combination of different spices. In this mix you will find turmeric, coriander, cardamom, fenugreek, cumin, chilli, ginger, pepper, fennel seed, mustard and paprika. Salt has also been added. What exactly is an English style curry?
