Ingredients (for 8 pieces):

350 grams chicken breast, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1.5 tbsp Natural Spices Sirtaki mix, 1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 3 bell peppers (mix yellow, orange, green), 1 red onion

Preparation: 

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Crush the garlic cloves. Place the chicken cubes in a zip-lock bag and stir the olive oil, herbs, garlic, vinegar and lemon juice together in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag and make sure the chicken is completely covered. Let it marinate for an hour in the fridge. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into equal pieces and the red onion into wedges. Thread 8 skewers of the chicken pieces, bell pepper cubes and red onion through alternating threads. Heat a grill pan or barbecue and grill the skewers until tender and golden brown. Serve with, for example, fresh tzatziki and tabbouleh or simply with baguettes.
