Ingredients:

1 pack of tofu, not too soft tofu

2 clove of garlic finely chopped

3 tbsp salty soy sauce

1 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tbsp Habibi Veggie

1 lime, juice plus the zest

salt and pepper to taste

 


Preparation:

Cut the tofu into the correct burger thickness (in slices); that is about 1 to 1.5 cm. Cut out the burgers with a round cutting form, the rest that you have left can be finely chopped and also baked in your gourmet pan or plate. Grab a mixing bowl and put the tofu burgers in it. Mix together with the garlic, the two types of soy sauce, sesame oil, sunflower oil, Habibi Veggie and lime juice plus zest and some salt and pepper to taste. Check that well so that it doesn't taste too salty. Mix everything well and cover the bowl with foil. Put in the fridge for at least an hour.
