Watermelon granita with Greek yogurt recipe

Ingredients (for 4 to 6 people):
375 g watermelon (mini, diced), 375 g galia melon (diced), 6 pieces ginger (cut in half), 6 tbsp lime juice, 200 ml Greek yogurt, 1.5 tbsp Skinny Vanilly, 1 tbsp Smoothie Operator (for topping), optional: manuka honey (for extra sweetness), for decoration: mint, slices of lime or orange.
Preparation method:
Put the fruit and ginger in a freezer bag and let it freeze for at least 4 to 5 hours. Shake the bag every half hour. If you want a finer granita, use a blender or food processor. Mix yogurt with the Skinny Vanilly and possibly some lemon or orange zest. Honey is also nice for extra sweetness. Mix everything well and put it in the fridge for a while.
After 5 hours, if you are completely happy with the structure of the fruit, serve the granita in a deep plate with some yogurt on the side and some Smoothie Operator, mint and lime wedges as a topping. Lets eat! ;)
