At our production facility in Mijdrecht, we professionally dry various vegetables, which we then process into vegetable mixes for different dishes or grind so you can use them as delicious flavour enhancers. Dried vegetables are perfect for use as flavourings in dishes such as soups and stews, but also in sauces and shakes.

How do you use dried vegetables?
You can use dried vegetables in virtually any dish imaginable. Dried vegetable mixes, such as julienne of vegetables, nasi vegetables and bami vegetables, are ideally suited for specific recipes, but also for various soups, stews and sauces.
With dried soup vegetables, you can easily add both flavour and colour to different types of soups. It’s simply a matter of scooping the vegetables out of the bag and adding them to the soup. No more chopping, no need to buy fresh vegetables, but still enjoying the delicious taste and health benefits of soup. The mix we have created consists of dried carrot, leek, onion and parsley – a combination that works well in any soup.
Are you at a loss because you don’t know which vegetables to add to your nasi? Just use the dried nasi vegetables from Natural Spices! Easy, flavourful and healthy. You can use the dried nasi vegetables in different ways. You can briefly stir-fry or wok them, for which three minutes is enough. You can also cook the dried nasi vegetables in a little water or stock, after which you can add them directly to the final dish.
